From the moment we walked in, the entire staff made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and upbeat, which made the whole experience so much easier and even fun! Dr. Joy explained everything clearly, has the sweetest personality, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. My child left smiling (braces and all!) because of how positive the environment was.
